Standard kadomatsu and New Year accessories require full payment. Custom orders require a 50% deposit applied toward the agreed total, with the balance due as stated on the invoice before fulfillment. A booking is confirmed only when we accept the order in writing and receive the required payment. Late payment may delay work or fulfillment; we will contact you before any cancellation and account for payments under the cancellation terms below.

Send cancellation requests to info@thepurplerosefloral.com with your order number. If we have not begun work or committed to materials, we will refund your payment. Once work or purchasing has begun, we may retain only reasonable, documented work already performed and nonrecoverable costs committed specifically to your order, up to the amount paid, and refund the remainder. We will provide a breakdown and account for recoverable or reused materials so costs are not charged twice. A deposit is not automatically forfeited merely because it is called a deposit.

Changes in design, quantity, date, or location require written approval and are subject to availability and revised pricing. Any unrecoverable costs will be explained before you approve a change. Please contact us promptly if you cannot collect your order or provide delivery access. We cannot guarantee freshness after a missed agreed pickup or delivery window; redelivery or storage charges must be agreed before they are incurred. A missed pickup does not automatically extend an item’s useful display life.

Inspect your order at pickup or delivery and contact us promptly with your order number, a description, and photos where possible. Reporting within 24 hours helps us assess fresh products, but is not a deadline that removes rights provided by law. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund as required. Do not return or discard affected goods until we give reasonable instructions. No additional fee is required to obtain a remedy for a covered defect.

Flowers and botanical materials vary naturally. Images illustrate style rather than guaranteeing identical blooms, greenery, dimensions, or placement. Seasonal substitutions may be needed while preserving the agreed overall style and color palette. Material changes to an expressly agreed feature will be discussed with you. Natural variation does not excuse supplying damaged goods or failing to provide the agreed order.

If we cancel or cannot provide the agreed order, we will offer an alternative for your approval or refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled portion, including related charges where required. We will not substitute store credit for a refund you are entitled to without your agreement.

Approved refunds are initiated promptly to the original payment method where possible and within applicable legal time limits. Your bank or processor may take additional time to post the credit. This policy does not exclude rights or remedies under Hawaiʻi law. Custom-order limitations are disclosed before payment and require your written acknowledgment in the quote, invoice, or order agreement.
