These Terms & Conditions apply to the website of The Purple Rose Floral Atelier, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Hawaiʻi-based floral business, and to inquiries made through it. Please review them before requesting services. Any accepted written quote, event agreement, or order confirmation will set out the specific terms for that order.

Inquiries and bookings

Submitting a form, sending an email, or discussing a date does not by itself place an order, reserve flowers, or confirm an event booking. Availability, design scope, timing, and pricing must be confirmed with us in writing. Any required deposit, payment schedule, and booking requirements will be stated in your quote or agreement before you confirm.

Floral disclosure and substitutions

Flowers and botanical materials are natural and seasonal. Final arrangements may differ from the images shown in flower variety, color, size, bloom stage, and placement. Containers, greenery, decorative materials, and other components may also vary with availability. Substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal conditions, product availability, or quality. We select suitable alternatives with the overall style and color palette of your design in mind. Please tell us about any essential colors, flowers, or restrictions before confirming your order so we can discuss what is possible.

Website images are design references and may include styled or digitally created imagery. They do not guarantee an exact reproduction or represent a specific item available for purchase unless expressly stated.

Quotes, pricing, and payment

Prices depend on the agreed design, flower selection, quantity, timing, and service requirements. A written quote will identify the included items and any applicable taxes, delivery, setup, rental, or other charges. Any quote expiry and payment deadlines will be stated there. Changes to the requested scope may require an updated quote and written approval. Please do not send payment-card information through the general inquiry form or ordinary email.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Because floral work may involve custom design and perishable materials, please request any change, cancellation, or rescheduling as soon as possible. The applicable deadlines, fees, deposit treatment, and return or refund terms must be set out in your written quote or agreement before you confirm the order. This page does not establish a blanket “no refunds” rule or replace rights you may have under applicable law. If a problem arises, contact us promptly with your order details and, where helpful, photographs so we can review it with you.

Pickup, delivery, and event setup

Pickup, delivery, setup, and removal are available only as specifically agreed for your order. Please provide accurate addresses, dates, recipient details, access instructions, and venue requirements. Tell us promptly if any details change. Delivery windows, access arrangements, and any charges for additional trips or services should be confirmed in writing. Weather, traffic, venue access, and other circumstances may affect timing; we will discuss material changes with you.

Care and natural lifespan

Fresh flowers and botanical materials are perishable. Appearance and longevity vary with the varieties used, weather, handling, temperature, and care. Follow any care instructions supplied with your arrangement. Keep flowers and decorative materials away from children and pets where appropriate; some plants and floral products may be harmful if ingested or may trigger sensitivities. Let us know about relevant restrictions when planning your order.

Holiday orders: payment, refunds & exchanges

For new holiday and seasonal orders, please review our Holiday Order Policy before confirming or paying. Standard kadomatsu and New Year accessories require 100% payment; custom orders require a 50% deposit toward the total, with the balance due as invoiced before pickup, delivery, or installation. For mixed orders, standard items are paid in full plus a 50% deposit on the custom portion. The holiday policy details cancellations, committed costs, final-sale limitations after fulfillment, and remedies for damaged or incorrect goods. Custom-order limitations require written acknowledgment before payment. Existing accepted orders retain their agreed terms.

Seasonal collections

Kadomatsu Hawaiʻi and other seasonal offerings depend on seasonal availability and any ordering windows we announce. Custom designs, installation, and removal require a separate agreement on scope, location, timing, and price.

Website use and content

Please use this website lawfully and do not misuse forms, interfere with site security, or copy or commercially reuse our original text, branding, or images without permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. External websites have their own terms and practices, which you should review before using them.

Privacy and applicable rights

See our Privacy Policy for information about contact-form data and website technology. These terms do not exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. For an order, the accepted written agreement controls order-specific matters to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these website terms, with the latest revision date shown above. Changes to this page do not automatically amend an existing accepted order agreement.
